About the Role

Do you want to be an important part of the energy transition? Vattenfall Services is Sweden's leading contracting company in the energy and electrical power sector, and we are developing Sweden's energy infrastructure! We need more energy heroes, and we are now looking for several Technicians in Local Networks who want to join the journey towards a fossil-free life! Is that you? Together we make a difference for the whole society.

As a Technician with us , you will work in our large service agreements within network connections and projects in voltage levels of 0.4-40kV. You will collaborate with other technicians in the department, preparers, project managers, and project support on maintenance, service, and troubleshooting. We also utilize subcontractors.

In addition to the technical work, these are some of your main tasks:

• Be responsible for and lead subcontractors
• Document and inform about the progress of the work
• Participate in ensuring safe work in the field for you and your colleagues

Travel is a natural part of the work as a Technician. Service work requires day trips within the nearest geography, and longer trips may occur. On-call duty may also be included.

Requirements

As a Technician with us, you are the company's most important asset for the work performed in the field. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is engaged and always supports their colleagues. You are motivated by providing service and quality to your colleagues and our customers.

Independence is a significant part of the job and is essential for moving the work forward. Therefore, we are looking for someone who takes responsibility and has a strong commitment to their assignments. You always act professionally in your work but would never let profitability come before safety. At Vattenfall Services, safety always comes first!

We know that you will develop with us. However, we would like you to already have:

• A completed upper secondary education or higher, in electricity, electrical power, technology, or another relevant field
• Work experience in the electrical or electrical power sector or general electrical knowledge
• Driver's license B, as travel is required in the job
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
